2ZZ Toda Stroker Kit – Low Comp

One criticism levelled at the Toyota 2ZZ-GE motor is its lack of capacity, particularly in motor sport, where its 1796cc displacement can leave it struggling to match competitors in classes where 2.0-litre engines are the norm. Now leading Japanese tuning house TODA Racing has a solution, in the form of a stroker engine kit which enlarges the capacity of the 2ZZ-GE to 1933cc, greatly increasing its low end torque and power output. The extra capacity is achieved via a specially designed forged steel crankshaft which lengthens the stroke of the engine from 85mm to 91.5mm. Key technical features of the TODA Racing 2ZZ-GE 1933cc stroker kit include:- *Computer designed, dynamically balanced, forged steel TODA 91.5mm long stroke crankshaft. * Specially designed ?I? section TODA chrome alloy connecting rods. * Forged alloy pistons with friction reducing Defric coating, balanced to within plus or minus 0.25 grams. * High strength gudgeon pins. * Special TODA lightweight flywheel.

Retaining its original bore size but extending its stroke from 85 to 91.5mm to give a displacement of 1933cc. Other cars using the 2ZZ engine can also benefit from the improved performance. Two versions have been designed a high compression version for normally aspirated 2ZZ engines, and a low compression version for the 2ZZ engine using either a turbo or supercharger. Please use according to your requirements. Connecting rod bearing clearance is measured and set by our highly skilled technicians. Toyota’s 1ZZ flywheel must be used. The clutch disc and plate of the 2ZZ can still be used.“2ZZ TODA Heavy Duty Oil Pump” designed to replace the standard oil-pump with improved material and finish.
