In order to get the best performance, engine power, efficiency, this exclusive exhaust manifold design takes into consideration not only the special characteristics of the M16A engine but also the results of an extensive bench testing program. Initially designed for racing purposes only (the manifold catalyst is not included). A bench test (Equal length 4-2-1 + Taper) design Ø42.7mm → Ø45mm → Ø50mm → Taper → Ø54mm. Taper design is adopted from feedback from both racing and the bench testing program. Racing high flow junctions design means each section of the manifold has optimized pipe lengths, diameters and angles as well as high flow junctions. With the service adapter for A/F sensor (3 bosses are provided) and made of light weight stainless steel for both durability and looks. The flange is manufactured by Toda’s high precision machining centre. The standard catalyst can NOT be used *Though joint faces may have different diameters, this can still be used with stock muffler.

All TODA products are manufactured in-house by TODA. Having an in-house manufacturing capability means there are no compromises in design or manufacturing. Product testing is carried using advanced analytical software, engine bench testing (engine dyno), and race testing.
